Mission Statement
GiGi’s is a fast casual restaurant which anchors a U-Gas convenience store. The menu, service and decor will exceed all previous expectations for restaurants attached to convenience stores. GiGi’s staff will bring an unexpected “desire to please” patrons. The menu will be fresh, innovative and healthy. The recipes will reach beyond anything that is currently being prepared in any convenience store court. Customers will dine with real silverware and tableware in a warm, comfortable, earth-tone atmosphere.
